Return & Refund Policy

Our 14-Day Return Promise

We want you to love your jewelry. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Manufacturing Defects — We Cover Everything

If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect (broken clasp, loose stone, faulty finish, or any flaw in craftsmanship), contact us and we will make it right at no cost to you:

  • We will email you a prepaid return shipping label — return shipping is free.
  • Your choice of a full refund, repair, or replacement.
  • Please report defects within 7 days of delivery and include photos to speed things up.

All Other Returns

For returns that are not due to a defect (change of mind, wrong size, etc.):

  • Return shipping is paid by the buyer. We recommend a tracked, insured shipping method — we cannot refund items lost in return transit.
  • Items must be unworn, in original condition, with all original packaging and tags.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

  • Earrings and body jewelry that have been worn, for hygiene reasons (defective items excepted).
  • Personalized, engraved, or custom-made items — these are final sale unless defective.
  • Items showing wear, alteration, or resizing by a third party.

Damaged in Transit

If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or refund.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us through our Contact page with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will confirm eligibility and send return instructions (and a prepaid label for defects).
  3. Ship the item back within 14 days of receiving return instructions.
